Am I required to make my property available to Section 8?
No, you are not required to accept Section 8 residents. -

Do you sell real estate too?
Yes, we offer full brokerage service to our owners and tenants. -
How and when do I get my checks?
Owners are paid around the 10th or 12th of each month if rent has been paid on time and posted to a bank account. Owners are paid by e-payment and money is deposited in their accounts. -
How long will it take to rent my property?
We do a rental market analysis on your property and make a recommendation based on the market conditions and a rate we feel will attract a qualified tenant with 30 days or less. Leasing is a fluid process that has many variables including rental amount, available inventory and seasonal factors. -
Do you require renters insurance?
Tenants are required to obtain and maintain renters insurance the entire tenancy and provide a copy of the declaration page within 15 days of occupancy. -
Do you do inspections of the rental property?
Professional evaluations of your property are performed every six months to ensure tenants are complying with terms of their lease. Owner will be emailed a detailed report with photos of the inside and outside of the rental property. These inspection reports will determine any needed maintenance and repairs to help maintain your home’s value. Before a tenant can renew a lease an inspection is performed to assure that they are still maintaining your rental property. -
What type of properties do you manage?
We manage single family homes, condominiums, townhomes, multi-family complexes. -
Do you allow pets?
The decision to allow or not to allow pets is ultimately up to you. If the owner of the rental property allows pets the applicants will be required to complete the “Pet-Screening Online application” at their expense. Allowing pets means you can select from a wider pool of prospective tenants.
